Shalmexxfrzor offers refunds for course enrollment fees under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of the course content.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within the specified timeframe and provide a reason for your refund request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed, completed certificates, and courses that have been completed are not eligible for refunds.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer course transfers or credits instead of refunds. Please contact us to discuss available options.
